New Culture is an alternative protein company leveraging precision fermentation to offer animal-free dairy products that are indistinguishable from conventional products in taste, texture, molecular structure, and nutritional content. New Culture's mozarella cheese is made from animal-free casein proteins - the key ingredient that gives cheese all the major properties we know and love as consumers but which has been notoriously difficult to reproduce outside of mammalian organisms. New Culture’s mozarella cheese is not only completely animal-free, but it has at least 90% less environmental impact in terms of water and land use and carbon emissions compared to animal-based mozarella.
